Now Accepting Bids!
We are now accepting SEALED BIDS for the oldest lawn mower and 2003 Chevrolet Truck. Bids must be sealed and received in the HOA office by 4:00 pm on 05/13/24. Bids to be opened during board meeting 05/13/24.

Please Note:
Contractors and guests must be let in by the PROPERTY OWNER. Lake Eddins will not open the gate for these individuals. If you let someone in that is not your guest or contractor, your gate key number is recorded, and you are responsible for this person.
When entering or exiting the lake at the main gate, please allow the gate to open and close completely. If a card is swiped before the gate has closed fully, it can cause the gate to malfunction. This causes a breach in security and at times money for repairs. Thank you for your cooperation.
Fish Limits: ( As of 03/21/2023 )
- Largemouth Bass (16″ and less) should be harvested, up to a total of 30 fish per person per day
- Crappie harvest should be limited to 50 fish per person per day.
- Harvest all catfish caught
- Bluegill harvest should be limited to 5 per person per day.
- **Please remove all Gar, Carp, and Bowfin/Grinnell.**
WATER/SEWER USERS AGREEMENT/POLICY:
Effective June 1st, 2023 water bills are due on the 10th of each month. If the water bill is not paid by the 10th of the month a 10% late fee will be added to the balance due. On the 15th of the month, an additional 10% late fee will be added to the balance due. If not paid by the 20th of the month your water will be disconnected resulting in a $100 reconnect fee. Payment must be paid in full to restore water service.

Reminder:
Building permits are required for any new construction, also any exterior modification of existing buildings. A permit is also required for piers, seawalls, fences, signs, and certain types of lot landscaping. Please contact the Architectural Review Committee for further information. Please see the forms at the bottom of the page for a Building Application.
Lake Rules concerning pets:
All pets are to be kept on the owner’s property or under the control of the owner at all times. Barking or loose dogs will be considered a nuisance and can result in penalties for the LEOA Member. Your neighbor doesn’t want your pets on their property!
Dumpsters:
Only BAGGED HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE is to be placed into any dumpster. Please be sure it gets INTO THE DUMPSTER. Your cooperation is needed and appreciated!
