๐Ÿ“ข Our Board of Directors has voted to allow Noodle Fishing for catfish every weekend for the remainder of 2026. Rules are same as event holidays. See Fishing Guidelines at the bottom.

Property owners are welcome to attend monthly Board meetings, held on the first Monday of each month at 6:00.
To speak at the meeting, submit a request to speak at least 3 business days in advance.

Our free community library is located in the office lobby.
Feel free to borrow, keep, or share booksโ€”just keep the space neat and please avoid donating cookbooks or outdated decorating books.

Flush your outside taps for up to five minutes:

  • Nearest your water meter
  • At the back of your property
    Do not use appliances or hot water until the water runs completely clear.
    Pro tip: Catch water in a bucket for your plants!

๐Ÿšช Gate Etiquette & Safety

Entry & Exit Tips

  • Let the gate fully open and close before scanning again
  • Move forward promptly after scanning
  • The gate stays open for 8 seconds only

Guest Access

  • Guests must wait for the owner at the gate
  • Only property owners can allow guest or contractor entry
  • Staff cannot open the gate for visitors

Prevent Unauthorized Access

  • Never let in people you donโ€™t know
  • Pull forward and stop if someone tries to tailgate you
  • Gate logs track entry time and card number
  • You are responsible for anyone you allow through the gate

Rules

  • Mark noodles with name, address, and phone number
  • Remove all noodles before the end time
  • No live bait
  • Not a tournament or fundraiser
  • Remove all catfish caught
  • All lake rules apply
