💧 Water / Sewer / Trash Payments
Make your utility payments online or by phone:

- Phone Payment: Call 866-585-6373
Important Payment Policy (Effective June 1, 2023):
- A $100 reconnect fee applies and full payment is required to restore service
- Bills are due by the 10th of each month
- A 10% late fee is applied on the 11th
- An additional 10% late fee is applied on the 15th
- If not paid by the 20th, water service will be disconnected
🗑️ Dumpster Use Guidelines
To help keep our lake community clean:
- Only bagged household garbage may be placed in dumpsters
- Place all bags inside the dumpster, not on the ground
- Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the area tidy!
